I find Paulo Leminski’s writings rich in personality. He is one of my favorite poets of all time. He is the underdog with a peculiar sense of humor. But still a respectful figure with curious remarks about his reality. He struggled in life but was able to translate it beautifully in his texts. So I decided to create a tribute to his imagination.
Of course, Leminski’s original poems are in no way comparable to their versions in other languages. But I had to show his works to people from different cultures. So I found translations and edited them so those who can’t speak Portuguese can also enjoy the ideas that came out of his eccentric mind.
